Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information ReppedRight collects, how it’s used, and who can see it. ReppedRight is operated by Stealth Talent (“Stealth,” “we,” “us”).

What we collect

• Account info: your name, email address, and (for managers signing in with Google) profile picture.
• Goals & to-dos: anything you write into the Goals or To-do sections.
• Synced deal data: task names, statuses, stage history, dollar amounts, dates, and associated brand information pulled from ClickUp and HubSpot.
• Synced email metadata (managers only): subject lines, snippets, timestamps, sender/recipient addresses, and AI-generated bucket classifications for email threads associated with your deals in HubSpot.
• Growth snapshots: view and follower counts per platform that managers enter manually for each creator.
• Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps — used for security and debugging.

How creators’ data is protected from other creators

Each creator only sees their own goals, to-dos, deals, and growth stats. Database-level row-level-security rules enforce this — it’s not just hidden in the UI. The shared “Company Pipeline” section shows brand names and high-level statuses across the roster, but never reveals which creator the deal belongs to, and never shows dollar amounts to creators.

What creators never see

• Other creators’ goals, to-dos, deals, or revenue.
• Raw email content (subjects, bodies, snippets) — even for emails tied to their own deals. Creators see only that a brand has been contacted and what bucket the conversation is in.
• Internal Stealth commentary, ratings, or pricing strategy.

How we use your data

• To show you your pipeline, deals, and progress.
• To let managers communicate with you about your career via the portal’s to-do and goal features.
• To improve the service and fix bugs.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models outside of internal classification (e.g., bucketing inbound emails into Pitched / Responded / Negotiating / Won / Passed).

Third parties we share data with

• Supabase — hosts our database and authentication.
• Vercel — hosts the web application.
• Resend — sends invitation and magic-link emails.
• ClickUp & HubSpot — source systems Stealth already uses to manage your deals; ReppedRight reads from them via API.
• Anthropic — Claude AI is used to classify inbound emails into status buckets. Email content sent for classification is not retained for training.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as you have an active ReppedRight account. If you leave Stealth, your data is retained for up to 12 months for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by emailing hello@stealthtlnt.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

ReppedRight is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the portal. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change.
