Terms of Use

Last updated: May 23, 2026

ReppedRight is an internal portal operated by Stealth Talent (“Stealth,” “we,” “us”) for the use of Stealth’s talent managers and the creators they represent (“you”). By signing in, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & access

Access is invite-only. Talent managers sign in with their Stealth Google account. Creators sign in with the email address their manager used to invite them. You agree not to share your sign-in link or attempt to access another user’s account.

Acceptable use

  • You will not attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with data belonging to other creators or other talent managers.
  • You will not export or redistribute confidential information (including pitch lists, deal terms, brand contacts, or financial figures) outside of Stealth without written approval.
  • You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise probe the service for vulnerabilities. If you discover a security issue, please email hello@stealthtlnt.com.

Confidentiality

Information you see in ReppedRight — including brand outreach, negotiations in progress, deal amounts, and any internal commentary — is confidential to Stealth. Your continued access depends on you keeping it that way.

Service availability

ReppedRight is provided “as is.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any specific level of accuracy or freshness of the data shown (which is synced from third-party tools including ClickUp and HubSpot).

Termination

Stealth may revoke your access at any time. Creators who are no longer represented by Stealth, and managers who no longer work with Stealth, will have their access removed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stealth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ReppedRight. In any case, Stealth’s total liability is limited to one hundred dollars (US$100).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of ReppedRight after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
